Job Description:

MLB /SYE(SMT EE) - Assistant Manager.
Education: BE/Btech.
Exp: 10+ years.

Job Function:

Conduct comprehensive failure analysis, functional testing, and validation of electronic products, ensuring the delivery of accurate and high-quality technical reports.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and suppliers to support failure analysis, debugging, and Design of Experiments (DoE).
Engage with customers and vendors to address technical issues, provide updates, and align on corrective actions.
Develop a strong understanding of product design by interpreting schematics, component datasheets, and circuitry.
Lead the development and maintenance of offline DoE station overlays, including station setup, calibration, and ongoing support.
Drive yield improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare technical guidance documents and provide engineering support to ensure a smooth transition into mass production.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Strong basic knowledge of electronics, consumer electronics and power supply, and a good understanding of electronics products.
Deep understanding and practical experience in general EE equipment, including oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer, power analyzer, etc.
Deep understanding and experience in I2C, SPI, SPMI, UART, USB and other protocols.
Have the debug and test experience in some of the following areas: CPU/SOC, power(DC-DC converters, battery, power management, low power design), analog circuits, audio/camera/display/wireless/sensor.
Good communication skills in English and preferably in Chinese.

NICE TO HAVE:

Excellent FA capability to deal with complex issues.
Experience with some advanced equipment including TDR, LiT, EDS/SEM etc.
Firmware, programming and Python skills.
Experience in electronic hardware-related design is a plus.
